Poly-Rattan factory
Have an unique synthetic rattan design?
Our poly-rattan factory is the first facility for you to create unique synthetic rattan fiber for your furniture design. Whether you want the synthetic rattan designed to look like natural rattan or with some color variations throughout the material we can made it for you.
The factory produces weather-resistant, UV-tested rattan fibers using non-toxic polyethylene. Certified by Bureau Veritas the factory become the primary source for the synthetic rattan fiber used to build all-weather wicker furniture by the craftsmen network, and also supply several large furniture manufacturers in Indonesia.
Welding facility
Flat packing your existing design for shipping cost efficiency?
Built to provide aluminum and steel frames that are beyond the capabilities of our wicker partners, we established a welding facility to manufacture the furniture frames.
This facility is capable of building any frame to meet your design requirements. Whether you want to build a new design frame or re-design an existing one our welding facility is available for you.

Your design using wooden frame?
We managed to build a partnership with some wood furniture manufacturers in Central Java to work custom design wooden frames. Most of the partners were capable of handcrafting precision-made wooden frames out of plantation-harvested teak wood.
Supporting by teak furniture manufacturers in the partnership programs we are also capable of supplying you with teak furniture in a maximum of 3x40feet containers monthly.
